By accessing or using any aka0 Labs service ("Services"), including aka0.net, Social Pest, and Tip Bucket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

aka0 Labs provides software tools for social media management, content scheduling, analytics, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You may not use our Services if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent platform terms of service for connected social networks
• Engage in unauthorized data scraping or automated access beyond our APIs
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Social Media Platform Compliance

When connecting third-party social media accounts, you are responsible for ensuring your use of those platforms complies with their respective terms of service. aka0 Labs is not responsible for actions taken by social media platforms regarding your accounts.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create, upload, or publish through our Services. By using our Services, you grant aka0 Labs a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you publish and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid Services are billed in advance on a subscription basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

aka0 Labs and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, designs, logos, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AKA0 LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nevada.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
